SOCALPAPA Paints the Peninsula

Plein Air Painting Competition and Exhibition

The NHNM, in conjuntion with the Southern California Plein Air Painters Association (SOCALPAPA), hosted its second annual week-long Plein Air painting competition around the Balboa Peninsula.

The event culminated with an art sale and exhibition. Funds raised were for the expansion of the Museum's art education programs for adults and children.
